Does it work on MetaTrader, TradingView or other platforms?

No. Jackson Guardian is an EXCLUSIVE NinjaTrader 8 add-on (Windows) — on other platforms it cannot even be installed. If you do not use NinjaTrader 8, this tool is not for you (yet).

Does it work with my funded account (Apex, Bulenox, Take Profit…)?

Yes. Jackson Guardian works inside your NinjaTrader 8 and with any account you see there (Rithmic included). In fact it was born protecting funded accounts — the least forgiving kind.

Does it work with my bots even if they are not yours?

Yes. The bots replicator discovers any strategy by its signal name on the first fire — vendor does not matter. And nothing replicates until you approve it in the panel: you control the customs.

Do I need tech skills for the Telegram part?

No. Open Telegram, find the Jackson Guardian bot, send it the code your panel gives you, done. 30 seconds, zero tech.

What if my internet drops — does it stop working?

Replication and protections run in YOUR NinjaTrader, on your machine. The license has a 72-hour offline grace period — a network cut does not leave you unguarded.

Does this guarantee I will make money?

No — and distrust anyone who guarantees it. Jackson Guardian does not trade for you or predict the market: it replicates your decisions and limits the damage of bad days. Your trading results remain yours.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from your customer portal in two clicks. No calls, no retention games. The service stays active until the end of the paid period.

I get an error when importing into NinjaTrader ("duplicate method names")

This happens when you already had a previous version installed, or when your Documents folder is managed by OneDrive with "Files On-Demand" (files live in the cloud and NinjaTrader can't find them while compiling). The package includes an assistant that fixes it for you: with NinjaTrader closed, double-click «1-EJECUTAR-PRIMERO». It finds your NinjaTrader wherever it is, backs up your configuration, fixes the OneDrive issue and removes the old version. Then in NinjaTrader: Tools → NinjaScript Editor → F5 to recompile, and import. Nothing needs to be uninstalled.
